These terms govern use of the website ghslabels.com (the “site”), operated by GHS Labels from Riga, Latvia. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.
2. Purpose of the site
GHS Labels publishes an independent procurement reference for GHS-compliant chemical labels — including supplier comparisons, material guides, industry overviews, and buyer's guides. The site is intended for EHS (environmental, health, and safety) professionals, procurement teams, and others responsible for chemical labelling decisions in a business context.
We earn affiliate commissions when readers purchase products from suppliers we link to, at no additional cost to the reader. We do not manufacture, fulfil, or ship labels ourselves. See our Affiliate disclosure for details.
3. Editorial content is reference, not professional advice
Content on this site — including comparisons, supplier profiles, material guides, and industry overviews — is published for general reference. It is not legal advice, regulatory advice, engineering advice, or substitute for professional consultation specific to your jurisdiction and use case.
Chemical labelling is regulated under multiple frameworks (CLP in the EU, OSHA HCS in the US, UN GHS, ADR, IMDG, IATA, and others). Regulations change over time.
